Let's talk about your event vision and budget. Having a clear budget is crucial when planning. The vision goes beyond the details—it's about creating a memorable gathering, capturing lasting impressions, and emphasizing the emotions you want to highlight during the celebration.

Rehearsal?

Absolutely! A rehearsal is essential, and we'll be present to ensure everyone is familiar with their roles and locations on the wedding day. We'll also gather all ceremony and reception items beforehand, allowing you to relax without the concern of bringing them on the morning of the wedding.

Who, What, Where, and When?

We'll assist in creating a detailed timeline for your entire event to ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Offering advice, we customize the day to be uniquely yours. About a month before the wedding, we conduct a final walk-through with your venue for coordination. On the wedding day, we handle tasks such as lining up the ceremony, seating guests, queuing everyone (including vendors for the music!), and ensuring no small details are overlooked.

Vendor Details

We will coordinate with all your vendors 1-2 weeks before the wedding to confirm arrival and set-up details. On the wedding day, we'll serve as their main contact, allowing you to enjoy the day without worrying about last-minute calls or questions.

Event Schedule

Rest assured, we'll be diligently keeping track of time to ensure everyone stays on schedule. We'll coordinate and guide your guests and vendors for key moments—walking, introductions, photos, toasts, music, and even bustling the dress. You can rely on us to orchestrate a timely and seamless event.
