With our Full-Service package, we will be by your side throughout the entire process, guiding you every step of the way.

Below, you'll find a detailed list of the services included in our Full-Service planning package. Every couple is different.  Whether you prefer to take advantage of each service or you prefer a more hands on approach, we understand. Rest assured, we are here to accommodate your preferences and customize our approach to suit your needs.

  • Unlimited communication via email, calls, and texts from the moment you sign your contract

  • Bi-monthly planning meetings to discuss progress and make necessary arrangements

  • Monthly check-ins to keep track of your wedding planning journey

  • Vendor sourcing tailored to your preferences and budget

  • Initial venue visit and design meeting to assess possibilities and discuss your vision

  • Assistance in creating a personalized design and color scheme based on your preferences, style, personalities, and budget.

  • Creation of a design board for visual reference.

  • Guidance in developing a comprehensive décor and floral plan.

  • Vendor contract review and negotiation to secure the best terms for you.

  • Budget construction assistance

  • Timely payment reminders for financial organization.

  • Personalized "to-do" and "purchase" lists to keep you on schedule and organized.

  • Recommendations and assistance with ordering stationary items.

  • Assistance in arranging accommodations for out-of-town guests.

  • Recommendations and assistance with transportation arrangements, if needed.

  • Optional attendance or joining of three final vendor meetings/calls.

  • Management of guest list and RSVPs.

  • Final venue walkthrough 30 days prior to the wedding to finalize details.

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline for smooth execution.

  • Confirmation of vendor services, arrival times, and other essential details leading up to the wedding.

  • Distribution of the wedding agenda and timeline to each vendor one week before the wedding.

  • Final wrap-up meeting the week prior to the wedding day to ensure everything is in place.

  • One-hour rehearsal coordination to ensure a seamless ceremony.

  • All-inclusive wedding day services to oversee and coordinate every aspect of your special day.

Partial Planning 

Our Partial Planning services are designed for couples who desire to actively participate in the wedding planning journey while benefiting from our expertise in vendor selection, ongoing guidance, and assistance in crafting their unique vision for their special day.

Below is our comprehensive list of services included in our Partial Planning Services.

  • Monthly planning check-ins to ensure progress and address any concerns

  • Five planning meetings with the couple prior to the week of the wedding

  • Personalized vendor referrals tailored to your preferences and budget.

  • Assistance with budget construction

  • Timely payment reminders to keep finances on track

  • Regularly sent To-Do lists every two months to guide you through the planning process

  • Coordination of transportation and assistance with hotel blocking arrangements

  • Assistance creating a detailed day-of wedding timeline

  • Final venue walkthrough one month before the wedding to finalize details

  • Confirmation of vendor services, arrival times, and other important details in the month leading up to the wedding

  • Attendance at two final vendor meetings (If desired)

  • Distribution of the wedding agenda and timeline to each vendor

  • Attendance and coordination of the one-hour wedding rehearsal

  • 12 hours of dedicated wedding services with lead coordinator and assistant

  • Includes all services from Month of Coordination

Month of Coordination

Our Month of Coordination is essentially a Day of Coordination package but communication and preparation typically begin a few months in advance.  This package is tailor-made for couples who are comfortable taking charge of most of their wedding planning but require our expertise to seamlessly assemble all the elements and transform their vision into reality, leaving no stone unturned.

  • ​Initial planning consultation 6-8 weeks out from wedding

  • Venue walkthrough 4-6 weeks out from wedding

    • Seating chart​ (If needed)

    • Table and furniture layout (If needed)

    • Processional order

  • Detailed day-of-timeline creation​

  • Coordination and confirmation of final details with vendors

  • Final meeting (virtual or in-person) one week prior to wedding

  • Distribution of final details and wedding timeline to vendors

  • Rehearsal attendance and coordination (1 hr.)

  • 10 hours of wedding day services through final formal event

Day of Wedding

  • Primary contact for all vendors and needs

  • Lead coordinator and assistant

  • Keeping the day on schedule and cueing couple for upcoming events

  • Flower distribution if needed

  • Small setup

  • Coordination of bridal party processional

  • Coordination of bridal party reception entrance

  • Final payments and gratuities distributed to vendors

  • Wedding day emergency kit

Wedding
